What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

There are no "limits" in your plan. We scale with you. Your plan includes 30 mailboxes, 10k sends and 21 credits. Anything over that will be charged at the end of each month in an usage based pricing.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any differences.

Do you have a free trial?

No, we do NOT offer free trials

Do you offer custom enterprise plans?

Yes! For teams sending over 1M emails per month or requiring custom features, contact our sales team for a custom quote.

How does mailbox pricing work on the Starter plan?

Your Starter plan includes 30 mailboxes at no extra cost. Need more?
Pricing is cumulative. Each tier only applies to the mailboxes within that range, so you always get the best blended rate as you scale:
‍1 – 30 mailboxes → Included in your plan
‍31 – 1,000 → $3.00 per mailbox/mo
1,001 – 3,000 → $2.25 per mailbox/mo
‍3,001 – 5,000 → $1.75 per mailbox/mo
‍5,000+ → $1.50 per mailbox/mo

‍Example: 1,200 mailboxes = 30 included + (970 × $3.00) + (200 × $2.25) = $3,360/mo

‍Important: Your pricing tier follows a high water mark model. This means your tier is set by the highest number of mailboxes you've had on your account in the current billable period; not your current count.
If you scale up to 1,200 mailboxes and later reduce to 800 in that same billing period, your pricing structure remains based on the 1,200 mark.
