How is Mission Inbox different from SendGrid, Mailgun, or Resend?

Mission Inbox is built specifically for sales email, and is not limited to transactional automation. We allow cold email and protect your deliverability with proprietary pre-send checks and real-time monitoring.

Can I buy domains with you or do I need to bring them?

You’ll need to bring YOUR own domains, but we will automatically update your DNS records (DMARC/SPF/DKIM), to make it easy—MI doesnt require you to be technical.

What happens if I hit my sending limit?

You’ll receive alerts before you reach your sending threshold. However, you can add more mailboxes or increase sending volume seamlessly without interrupting service. Overusage will be charged on renewal at the most affordable price in the market.
Overusage prices: $1 per thousand sends, and $3 or $2 per mailbox depending on you mailbox quantity.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?

Yes. You can adjust your plan based on your sending volume and needs. Minimum price is $199. Changes are pro-rated.

How is Mission Inbox different from Mailreef, Maildoso, Mailforge, or Supewave?

These platforms are often resellers of Gmail, Outlook, or front-ends over fragile mail servers like Mailcow or Mail-in-a-Box. They depend on someone else’s infrastructure, which makes them less reliable and harder to scale. Mission Inbox is fundamentally different—we're real infrastructure, like SendGrid or Mailgun, but purpose-built for sales email. We operate our own servers and IPs, fully independent from Google and Microsoft.

Just as important, we’re built on transparency. You own everything—your domains, your sending identities, and your DNS. We never use nameservers to hijack control or hide your setup. You see everything, configure everything, and can take your assets with you at any time. No lock-in. No black boxes. That’s the standard we believe email infrastructure should meet.

Can I build my own email-sending platform on top of Mission Inbox?

Yes. Mission Inbox is real infrastructure designed for builders. With our OBM Engine (SendGrid-like API) and MI Shield (pre-send deliverability protection), you can plug in your tool, CRM, or product and start sending high-deliverability emails—without setting up or managing email servers.

Is there a free trial?

No, but our starting price is very affordable, and you will only pay extra if you use more than what is included.
