Yes. Transactional and marketing emails run on separate infrastructure to prevent reputation conflicts and ensure consistent inbox placement.
You’ll receive alerts before you reach your sending threshold. However, you can add more mailboxes or increase sending volume seamlessly without interrupting service. Overusage will be charged on renewal at the most affordable price in the market.
Overusage prices: $1 per thousand sends, and $3 or $2 per mailbox depending on you mailbox quantity.
Yes. You can adjust your plan based on your sending volume and needs. Minimum price is $199. Changes are pro-rated.

Yes. Mission Inbox is real infrastructure designed for builders. With our OBM Engine (SendGrid-like API) and MI Shield (pre-send deliverability protection), you can plug in your tool, CRM, or product and start sending high-deliverability emails—without setting up or managing email servers.
No, but our starting price is very affordable, and you will only pay extra if you use more than what is included.
